The crypto analytics platform Santiment has recently released data showcasing the top altcoins and crypto projects within the Solana ecosystem that developers are most focused on.

The Solana ecosystem has become a primary platform for launching new altcoins, especially memecoins, with 84% of memecoins choosing Solana for their debut. However, it’s important to note that only a small fraction of these memecoins manage to sustain a notable market value.

Here is Santiment’s ranking of the top altcoins within the Solana ecosystem based on developer focus and their respective developer scores:

1. Solana (SOL) – 121.37
2. Wormhole (W) – 98.87
3. Pyth Network (PYTH) – 66.93
4. Drift (DRIFT) – 38.3
5. Neon (NEON) – 20.53
6. Metaplex (MPLX) – 19.47
7. Helium Mobile (MOBILE) – 19.23
8. Helium IOT (IOT) – 19.23
9. Jupiter (JUP) – 18.03
10. Tensor (TNSR) – 16.5

Interestingly, two tokens with relatively low market capitalization stand out in the developer score rankings. Tensor, ranked 597th in market value, and Neon, positioned at 824th, both have significant developer attention despite their lower standings.
