The Deloitte Center for Financial Services has predicted a momentous future for the real estate tokenization sector, suggesting the market could experience a trillion-dollar surge yearly until 2035.

According to Deloitte’s report, the real estate tokenization sector, which has been a niche experiment for a while, could become the fundamental aspect of real estate ownership, financing, and trading. The study suggests that the market could reach $40 trillion and grow at a compound annual growth rate of 27% from its current size of less than $300 billion.
